Appreciation is a very powerful thing because it is part of the way in which one's consciousness refines itself and becomes more humble, more pliable and more receptive. Gratitude makes more trusting, more social, and more appreciative. As a result, it helps us make more friends and deepen our existing relationship. Gratitude makes you a more effective person, helps you network, increases your decision-making capabilities, increases your productivity and helps you get mentors and proteges.

Gratitude reduces feelings of envy, makes our memories happier to experience good feelings and to help us bounce back from stress.

Gratitude has been shown in multiple studies to make people more friendly, thus, grateful people have more social capital. This means that grateful people are actually more likely to receive help from others for no reason other than that they are liked and appreciated. Gratitude increases your recognition of benevolence.

At first you may not think that you have anything to say thank you for but as you start you will slowly begin to feel an immense gratitude for even the sense of being, for life and for existence. Thank you is the greatest mantra.

Regardless of how little their favours might be, always learn to say thank you to those that support you one way or the other. Even if you tell them "Thank You" and they dismiss it with a wave of the hand, never cease to tell them thank you whenever they show you some kindness. Never cease to say thank you to those that support you, when you do this, you are building your own success.

Sometimes, the people who stand in the way and create obstacles are actually helping the most because they confront you and force you to come up with your best, enabling you to become a greater achiever. Therefore, don’t limit the act of gratitude to those who’ve made your life easier in some fashion but show gratitude to the people who’ve made it harder for you in their way, they’ve helped you develop. To those who’ve challenged you or offered support, you can write long thank-you letters, short ones, or just tiny little notes.

An important ingredient in opening your heart and seeing life as it truly is a blessed and magnificent series of events is to consider your day. Reflect upon your blessings and express gratitude.

Set a time aside (possibly before going to bed) to consider what has occurred throughout the day. As you look back through the day’s events, consider which three individuals have served you well and made your life richer or more enlightened in some fashion. Write these individuals a message of gratutide from your heart, expressing your acknowledgment of the role they’ve played in your life and how their presence is of wonderful service to you.

Giving back to society is in fact vague and misty in nature. There's so much that we procure from society. There are so many strata of people who make up the whole population of a nation but they are different from each other. Some are affluent and some are mere stragglers of survival. In many countries, there are masses who don't even have excess to basic day-to-day requirements. There are also people who have so much in excess, that the amounts if distributed, would solve many problems plaguing most areas around the world.

We don't live in a perfect world, and there's never going to be a perfect time to give—but there are always people out there in need of help. Whether interest rates are rising, the economy is in the doldrums, or even if you're experiencing financial difficulties of your own, the reality is that when you give, you help others who need it.
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop

I believe that giving is motivated by humans deeply held need to find meaning in life. For most people, meaning is deeply intertwined with community connections (defining community as narrowly as family and as broadly as the full community of life). Giving (time, money, and energy) is a central way that we strive to find meaning. The motivations of each individual giver are of course unique and as we eat to satisfy our desire to live, we give to satisfy our desire for meaning.

“You have not lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.” – John Bunyan

Through the act of giving, you create opportunities to meet new people who believe in the same causes that inspire you. You make a real impact on those causes. If you've been stuck in a rut, whether personally or professionally, sometimes the simple act of giving can do the trick and reinvigorate your life. A man is measured by what he gives.

"We make a living by what we get, but we make  a life by what we give."―Winston Churchill

You’ve felt this too, haven’t you? You’ve felt this pain . This is the pain of holding too much inside. This is the pain that buries itself underneath the very fabric of your heart and snaps all the threads that hold it together. This is the pain of loss, of hopelessness, of utter despair and you’re left with nothing but a deep, hollow anguish you can’t begin to describe. You can’t move. You can’t think. You can’t feel anything but this hurt.

I understand. Oh, how I understand. But let me tell you, it may feel like a bullet just collided with your heart and you’re watching your world come crashing down around you, but you’re not dying. You’re still alive, though you might rather not be alive if this is what alive means, keep holding on. You aren’t alone in the misery you feel. I’ve felt it too and so have so many others. So let me help you climb out of this pit of pain. The next time it comes…

1. Breathe.

Take a long, deep breath in and hold it for a few seconds. Then slowly and steadily exhale. Let not only the air release from your lungs, but also the emotions eating away at your weary heart. Push them out of you like you’re desperately trying to rid yourself of a toxin. Inhale. Exhale. Breathe .

2. Feel.
Feel it all. Do not rob yourself of feeling anything. Feel it and react. Scream , wail, sob. Allow yourself to process the all that you have internalized. You deserve to feel, don’t let yourself think otherwise. Cry until your eyes can produce no more tears. Scream until your voice just stops. Then, and only then, do you stop.

3. Steady yourself.
Don’t let the ache cause you to stumble. Once you’ve felt it, you don’t need to revisit it. It’s done. It’s over with. You’ve exhaled it, and you’ve felt it as it left. Don’t give it permission to stay. You may feel crippled, but you are so much stronger than you think. Stronger than you feel. Pick yourself up off the ground. Wipe your tears, Calm your soul and raise your chin, beautiful.

4. Listen.
Listen to music, to a friend’s encouraging words, to the melody of a bird out your window. Drown yourself in the sounds of a world that keeps faithfully spinning when everything seems to be at a paralyzing standstill.

5. Keep your head up.
I know it hurts like hell. It’s going to hurt like hell for a while. But it won’t hurt forever.Your smile will be genuine, your laugh loud, and your tears joyful. But until then, keep your head up. And remember: you’re worth far more than your suffering. You’re worth every single breath you take, no matter how rickety and painful it is. So breathe, darling. Breathe.

#1- Before you can do anything about overcoming your fears, you have to become aware of them. Acknowledge to yourself that they do exist. Don’t try to avoid them or run. In fact, that will only further propagate the fears rather than allowing you to contain them.
If you’ve ever heard the saying that knowing is half the battle, no truer words have been spoken regarding our fears. When we can first admit to ourselves that we’re afraid, whatever it is that we’re afraid of, we can work on overcoming those fears. But without admittitg it, there’s virtually no way to win that battle.

#2 — Gain a clear picture of what specifically you’re afraid of.
I know that there’s a tremendous amount of pain associated with our fears. However, next to acknowledging their existence, we have to actually gain a clear picture of them. What are you so deathly afraid of? What’s the worst possible thing that could happen to you?Get clear about the fears, but don’t obsess over them. Write them down, but look at them objectively. Write a single paragraph of what that fear is, why it exists, and possibly where it stems from. Do this so that you can further move it out of your subconscious mind and into your conscious mind.

#3 — Identify all the emotions associated with your fears
Once you’ve painted a clear picture of your fears, identify all the emotions associated with them. Do you feel angry or sad when you think about those fears? Do you feel physically sick, as though you were about to throw up? How does it make you feel? Yes, it’s hard to relive your fears consciously, but it’s an important step in the process.
By identifying all the emotions associated with your fears, you can better understand the ones that are fueling them on a daily basis. What are you most associating your fears with? This is a powerful driver of our actions and behaviors and must be addressed in order to better understand why we do the things that we do, and to better appreciate what holds us back in life.

#4 — Detach yourself from the emotions by admitting that you’re powerless
Once you’ve identified the emotions associated with your fears, you have to detach yourself from them. For example, if your fear makes you feel sad, instead of saying “I’m sad,” say “I’m feeling sad.” When you identify yourself with a specific feeling, such as angry or sad or nervous, you become closely associated with that feeling, further drawing you closer into it.Admit that you’re powerless over the emotions, but detach yourself from identifying with them. When you do this, the emotions will pass, but your identity will remain intact. You won’t be the sad person anymore, you’ll be a person that feels sad because you’re human. And it will eventually pass and wash over you. Don’t allow it become who you are.

#5 — Call upon your higher power and your faith to overcome your fears
God is a powerful force in my life. It is because of my faith in Him that I am who I am. But you might not call Him God. You might call Him Allah, Buddha, Mohammed or anything else. You might even call Him the spiritual oneness that connects us all. There’s something about faith that’s so powerful that it allows us to move past even our darkest and deepest fears. And “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me…” Your higher power is one of the most powerful tools for overcoming any fear.

#6 — Understand the core of the emotions associated with your fears
Sometimes, we need to get to the core of the emotions associated with our fears. It’s not enough to simply identify the emotions and detach from them, but we have to understand their origin if we’re going to overcome anything. When you begin to trace back the origin of your fears, that’s when the real transformation begins.
Trace back the emotions. Why do you feel angry or sad or scared when you’re in a fearful situation? What’s the true origin of that fear? Every fear-associated emotion can be traced back to a point in our lives. Often, those emotions are associated with our childhood, before we were conscious of the thoughts or memories. Ask for help from others if that’s the case.

#7 — Fill your heart with gratitude and appreciation for what you have
At the opposite end of the spectrum to fear-based thoughts, you’ll find love and gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful way to overcome fear because it makes you focus on the things that you do have rather than living in fear for what can be taken away or happen in your life.
Fill your heart with an utter gratitude for even the simplest things in life. The air that you breath. The heart beating inside your chest. The ability to read or speak a language. The food on your plate. For being six feet above ground. Literally everything. When you focus wholeheartedly on gratitude, little by little, your life transforms over time.

#8 — Physically cleanse your body of toxins for at least 90 days
Toxins can quite literally destroy you. As much as you don’t think they can, they do. They alter the neurochemistry in your mind and release neurotoxins and stress hormones into the body that adversely effect our health. Physically cleanse your body of toxins for at least 90 days. Yes, that long.
I’m talking about a hiatus from everything. Prescription drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, recreation drugs. Everything. Your body is your temple, and the more you abuse it with toxins, the less likely you’ll be able to overcome your fears. But if you worship your body and treat it like the temple that it is, some extraordinary things will happen in your life.

#9 — Cut out refined sugars from your diet entirely
For much of the world, this one is difficult. Sugar is everywhere and in virtually everything. But if you’re careful enough, and you plan accordingly, you can cut out all refined sugars from your diet. This includes soda, chocolate, candies, pastries, pastas and so on.
These have an enormously adverse effect on your health and well-being. They give you a rush and a subsequent crash, taking up a large portion of your body’s energy to process. Avoid refined sugars and you will alter your entire state-of-mind, body, and ultimately, your life.

#10 — Contribute your time and energy to a good cause
Contribution to your fellow man, woman and child, moves you away from fear-based thoughts. You focus on giving to others rather than worrying about your own financial or emotional survival. As much as pain and fear can do a number on us, contribution can do exactly the opposite.
I’m not referring about contributing your money. I’m talking about giving your time to those that are in need. How can you contribute your time to help others around you? If you seek, you shall find. And it’s through that very same contribution that you can shift your focus and realize the importance of other things out there in life rather than your own fears.

#11 — Use breathing exercises to overcome your fears
The way we breathe, can dictate the way we feel. Shortness of breath relates to a depletion of oxygen to our blood. When there isn’t enough oxygen circulating into the blood, a number of things can occur. The fact is that, as we age, our oxygen levels drop, and much of this has to do with poor breathing habits that we develop through times of stress, anxiety and fear.
If you want to avoid a great deal of stress that’s associated to your fears, use a number of breathing exercises and make them habitual. Use the 4-7-8 breathing technique for this. Touch the tip of your tongue to the ridge of the top of your mouth. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 7, and exhale for 8 counts. Continue to repeat this until your fear and stress subsides.

#12 — Write down and catalog your thoughts to gain perspective on your fears
Journaling your thoughts is a great way to get a handle on your fears while gaining some perspective at the same time. By journaling, you’re analyzing your emotions in the present moment, but reflecting on how they’ve come about. You can do this through stream of consciousness or through careful pondering.
Simply don’t overthink it. Write down how you’re feeling in this present moment. If you’re fearful, describe it. It helps to get it out on paper in front of your eyes. It moves from the abstract into the real world where you can dissect and dismiss those fears easier than when they’re hidden in the subconscious layers of the mind.

#13 — Leverage the Law of Attraction by embracing love-based thoughts
The Law of Attraction is a powerful force to be reckoned with. It weighs in carefully on the pure thoughtful energy that binds us all and either repels or attracts things into our lives. What most people chalk up to pseudo-science is real and exact, and quite powerful for those who know how to hardness this energy.
You can use the Law of Attraction to overcome your fears by leveraging love-based thoughts. Like attracts like, and if your vibrational energy is emanating love and acceptance, then you will naturally attract those things into your life. Do the opposite, and watch as you repel anything good and continue to wallow in your fears.

#14 — Rely on the support of others close to you for help
Sometimes, we just can’t do it by ourselves. We need the support of others. Don’t be afraid to find a shoulder to lean on. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call someone who can offer a guiding light to you. There’s nothing wrong with it, and although your ego might seem bruised at the moment, it will be thanking you after the fact.

As human beings, we rely on the love and support of others around us. We are emotional beings and we require the love of those around us. So why not lean on them? Others can help to put your fears at bay and give you further perspective from an outside looking in, which can oftentimes make all the difference in our lives

PASSION: An effective leader is a person with a passion for a cause or someone with a dream and a vision that will better society, or at least, some portion of it. Also, without passion, a leader will not make the necessary courageous and difficult decisions and carry them into action. This is not to imply that all decisions are of this nature but you can be sure that some of them will be. A leader without  passion for a cause will duck.

HOLDER OF VALUES: Leadership implies values. A leader must have values that are life-giving to society. This implies values that are embedded in respect for others.
A leader can be of varying 'warmth and fuzziness,' but a leader has to respect others. You can’t lead without it. Respect ensures a smooth route to deal with diversity of persons.

VISION: This is a bit different from passion, but in other ways it isn’t separable. If one doesn’t care about a subject, an issue, a system, then one won’t spend time thinking about how it could or should be different. Yet, one could have strong feelings about something and not good ideas, particularly if one didn’t spend a good deal of time studying the topic. Thus a leader has to have some ideas about change, about how the future could be different.

CRETIVITY: One has to think out of the box to have good visions and to come up with effective strategies that will help advance the vision. I’d also add here the need for a sense of humor. It’s a creative skill that is in great need by leaders.

CONFIDENCE AND HUMILITY :While one can have a great vision and good ideas for change, and even passion for it, if one isn’t confident, then action will not occur. Without action, there is no change.
Yet, paradoxically, a leader needs to be humble. No matter how creative and bright one is, often  ideas might come from others too.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
None of the above assets will work for a leader if she can’t speak or write in a way to convince others that they should follow suit, join the team and get on board.

Thus,i would say that an effective leader has to have a purpose coupled with balanced personality, skills and knowledge to realize purpose fufillment.

Hi girls…
It’s a lot… What we experience daily…
From what to wear… To how to fix breakfast while wearing your makeup.
To messy hair that won’t behave itself…
To leaving your room neat and tidy after you throw out 70% of stuffs you own trying to pick the right outfit.
To getting the right energy and attitude for the day…
Going out eventually… Having to deal with stupid people…
Not talking back at rude adults,
Not talking so loudly,
Sitting so calm like an angel.
Eating like an ant… Hmmph
All of those are just physical, not so mental stress.
Now mental!! Mental and Emotional
Having to deal with people and to think on how to be a regular successful mum..
Living everyday trying not to be a mess…
Avoiding some guys…
Working our asses off just to be great and remarkable women…
Listen to me…
You are Great..
You are Beautiful
You are Amazing
You are Bright
You are successful even while trying to be successful
You are more than  the image you see in the mirror every morning
You are more than the flaws you hide
You are way more than the scars that hurt you..
Move past hate…
Stay away from bad energy
You are a Queen..
Don’t live less than that.
Don’t be treated anyless…
Show love to yourself and watch others do same… And if they don’t? We really don’t care… Either ways You are beautiful and Amazing and You are loved.

I am a fighter. I fight time. I fight God’s plan. I fight things that don’t make sense to me right away. I fight back against whatever doesn’t sit right because I get scared when things don’t fall perfectly into place. I get nervous when I don’t hear God’s voice whispering to me. I get anxious when I can’t take matters into my own hands.

But how often do we fight a losing battle? How often do we push back against a world that isn’t quite ready to share with us what we desire it to? How many times have we tried to rush, push, make things go our way?
And how many of those times have we failed?

What I’ve learned, over and over again, is that what’s supposed to be mine will come, what’s meant to be will fall into place, what’s right will feel right and I won’t have to force it.The truth is, life doesn’t always go according to our plan. We’ll have moments where everything is seemingly perfect, and then it’ll catastrophically fall apart. We’ll be with whom we think is our forever, and then we’ll watch helplessly as the relationship crumbles. We’ll pursue the career we hoped and prayed for, and discover it doesn’t make sense. We’ll rise, and then we’ll fall down, then in time we’ll rise again.

But in all of those moments, we can’t possibly have the answers to every question in our heads. We can’t possibly understand what’s happening, where we should go, what we should do every single second of every single day. We can’t possibly know what’s right, or good, or ours to keep. We just have to trust—our higher power, the universe, ourselves. We have to keep moving forward. We have to know that what is meant to be in our lives will find its way to us or back to us even if that doesn’t happen on our timeline.

Relationships will drift because they are making room for the right people. Love will fade because that individual wasn’t meant to be with us forever. Jobs will shift to create new opportunities. Plans will completely change because we’re not supposed to be stuck in one place.

When these things are happening, we might be terrified. It might feel like our entire worlds are falling apart. We might cry, scream, shake our fists at the sky with anger, doubt our faith, be angry at God—but the truth is, sometimes what we cling to the most falls apart so something far better can come to us. Sometimes prayers aren’t answered because something more beautiful is on its way.

And bottom line, what is meant to be ours might take a while, might drift, might be lost temporarily, but if it’s right, it will find its way back to us.

We don’t have to stress. We don’t have to overthink. We don’t have to spend our days in constant agony, wondering if we’re doing something wrong, if God has abandoned us ,we don’t have to waste time searching and pursuing things that leave. We must, instead, follow what feels right and trust that if it is right, it will happen . We have to understand that God has our backs, and even if we feel like we’re speaking to nothingness, He’s here. Always here.

We have to know what we’re worth, and yet, always strive to be a person deserving of those blessings. We have to keep pushing, keep believing that good things will come, keep putting light and positive energy into a world that tries so hard to suck us dry.

We have to know that we won’t always have the answers, but that doesn’t mean we’re in this alone. We have to understand that life won’t make sense or follow our plan, but that doesn’t mean we won’t find what we’ve been searching for.

What is ours will come—the people, the opportunities, the jobs, the passions, the hope—these will find us when the timing’s right, when we’re meant to have it, when God knows we’re prepared to accept and use the blessings.

We don’t have to fight it. We don’t have to rush. We don’t have to live in a constant place of stress or anxiousness. We simply have to let go, to make room, to trust and allow what’s ours to find us.

Today, I seek to address a crucial issue that many youths in our generation are beginning to take for granted. We live in an age and time where gross attention is focused on the public figure. An age where life is largely driven on the basis of public interest. An age where individual status on social media has become a basis for judging progress and success.

An age where we view our world through the glasses we choose, whether they’re rose-tinted glasses or mirror-coated sunglasses preventing the light from shining through. A time when business seminars place branding and packaging above delivery and integrity. We’re creating a culture of self-comparison that did not previously exist.
What's the whole point of being pretty on the outside when you’re ugly inside? We are beginning to neglect the needful which is our reality.

My worth is not in my kind of gadget. If your expensive gadgets don’t aid increasing your value, you do not need it for now. When you fake your identity and status, you will do more harm than good to your self; quote me anywhere. This is because you will need hundreds of lies to defend a lie and the consequences of exposed lies are always better imagined than experienced; too grievous.

The secret of life is fair dealings and honesty. The truth cannot be hidden with a little cover up at all. You have to be honest. The world needs real people. Maybe it’s time we throw a little reality back into social media. Otherwise, we’re going to have to start changing that witty tagline to something more fitting. Don’t just look rich”, be rich. Be real!

Don't worry when hardship clings to you.

Don't worry when life takes away goodness and deposits sorrow at your doorstep.

Don't worry when you lose your job and the pressure of life stares at you.

Don't worry when detractors call you names that make you feel stigmatized.

Don't worry when you're not getting positive results and failure seems to have become a norm.

Don't worry when you are hated because of your personality or because of your worldview.

Don't worry even if your entire household are wallowing in abject poverty.

Don't worry when you are weakened by hunger.

Don't worry about lack of clothing.

Remember, you have LIFE.

It means you have numerous life-changing opportunities.

Worry, fear, tears and other forms of negativity only show how weak you are.

Your strength is your result which is birthed by your actions.

You are free to think about those worries but don't let them weigh you down.

Don't worry!

Jack MA - The Richest man in China said; "if you put bananas and money in front of monkeys, monkeys will choose bananas because monkeys do not know that "money can buy a lot of bananas". In reality, if you offer JOB and BUSINESS to people, they would choose JOB because most people do not know that BUSINESS can bring more MONEY than wages and salaries.

Similarly, Robert Kiyosaki, the author of the best selling book "RICH DAD, POOR DAD" and also a business partner of Donald Trump once said; "one of the reasons the poor remain poor, is because they are NOT TRAINED TO RECOGNIZE ENTREPRENEURSHIP OPPORTUNITY".
"Academic excellence is overrated''
Being top of your class does not necessarily guarantee that you will be at the top of life.
You could graduate as the best student in Finance but it doesn't mean you will make more money in life. The fact is, life requires more than the ability to understand a concept.
School rewards people for their memory.
Life rewards people for their imagination.
School rewards caution, life rewards daring.

School hails those who live by the rules. Life exalts those who break the rules and set new ones. Do you know the name Peter Drucker? Well, in case you don't, he's one of the greatest management experts in history. He said; "universities won't survive. The future is outside the university campus, outside the traditional classroom".
Don't limit yourself to the classroom. So, do I mean people shouldn't study hard in school? Oh no, you should study hard.
Do something practical. Take a leadership position.
Start a business, fail and flourish. That's a better Entrepreneurship 101.
Join or start a good club that is - mastermind. Popularized by Napoleon Hill in his famous book, Think and Grow Rich, a mastermind is a group of individuals who come together regularly (either in person or virtually) in order to discuss important personal or business issues and get differing perspective to help make the best decision, and/or to change habits and routines from negative ones to positive ones. You never know what ideas will birth from the cross-pollination of like-minded people sharing their triumphs and disappointments. Without much ado, masterminds are a great way to connect with other people of like-minds, land big opportunities, and create promotional partnerships.

Contest an election and lose - you will win later. Step forward, try politics, try farming, try businesses, try an extra thing. Above all, discover your passion and monetize it.

I am a Nigerian and I love my country.
Tuesday, 26th June, 2018 was another memorable day in Nigeria, a day of national unity. The day Nigerians forgot about their different ethnic background, religious affiliation and political differences to support the country's national team - the Super Eagles. Sadly, some Nigerians didn't support their national team maybe because of their loyalty and sympathy for one of the greatest footballers of all time - Lionel Messi and some believed that Nigerians have little or nothing to gain if the Super Eagles won the match hence, they supported the Argentines.

On a bright summer night in St. Petersburg, our Super Eagles played with more love and compassion than our leaders have shown in fifty years. The Nigerian team played well, but still lost due to the fact that it is football and nothing is etched in stone. Now that the wave of euphoria attached to the match has passed, the nation as a whole would most probably crumble back into our various dissenting point of views on national issues, without realizing that the unity we held during the football match, could be our salvation out of a state of misery.

As far as problems are concerned, we are plagued with plethora of them. Critically analysing a few of those problems will bring to limelight the fact that many of them are national issues, demanding the unity of the nation for a meaningful change to occur.

Quite recently, lives were cut short; men and women like you, your brothers, your colleagues, your parents, your children. And after a few days of press coverage, the issue losses relevance and dies down, this should not be.

The issue of bad leadership affects us all, yet some 'patriotic' Nigerians would rather seat in their rooms during elections and 'monitor' the election from the comfort of their secured houses, without casting a single vote. Yet when problems arise, these same people are the first to raise dissenting voices castigating the government.

At this point in time, wisdom should be profitable to the wise, and the Nigerian state should by now be wise enough to channel its unity not only in support of our acts on the international scene, but also to correct abnormalities plaguing the very state in which we dwell.

People often feel disappointed and sad because of the tales of woes, wars and misfortune that the media is saturated with, so it comes as a shock when someone says 'Evil is about 20% of the total occurrence in this world'. Let's look at it together. How many days do you have someone to rob you? Kidnap you or shoot at you? How many days? I am sure it's not many. Even those in war zones have more peaceful days than warring days because war ends.

We have tragic occurrences/moments in our world but we have a great deal of interesting and historic moments. Right now as we read this, people are making love, making money, blessing lives, composing songs, spending quality time with family, having an adventurous experience in some fun resort centres and even right now, the wind is caressing your skin and you have eyes to read this. Right now, your heart is beating. Too many good things that if the media focuses on the 'good' the 'bad' would have no place in the news. So, take a stand, focus on the good and it would amaze you how little the ' bad' really is.

Wake up, talk to God, take in a large chunks of air, listen to your heartbeat, see the beautiful flowers, adopt a pet and above all, visit and 'disturb' friends. You have a great life!
