Feelings and emotions are energy. It is important to note that sometimes your feelings and emotions determine your lifestyle. Life doesn't just take place only with the efforts, there is a need for your feelings and emotions to radiate all the time when you act in a particular way.
It is okay to have emotions but don't let them have you. The capricious nature of love is so sensitive that even if people deeply care for their partner doesn't mean that they will always relate positively with each other. Conflict and anger could occur. When love in a relationship is basically experienced as an emotion contrasted with reality, relationship could collapse.
Your approach to life experiences should not be determined by your feelings. That someone is quiet does not mean gentility and that someone is talkative doesn't make him an unreliable fellow. Empirical evaluation is key. When your empirical knowledge contrasts your feelings for someone, then it is left to you to make a choice. Most times, you have to let go because it might be hard to hold on that person.
Sometimes the only way out is by getting into the feelings and discover how you created them. Look for the truth and be open to see how it’s possible that your feelings may not be accurate. It can also be helpful to get an outside perspective from someone you trust. This process isn’t an easy one, but it is far less painful than living your life feeling like your world is crashing on you.
